El Barrio Criollo serves Puerto Rican comfort food from a mobile food trailer across Hampton Roads. The menu is built around simple, filling favorites: seasoned rice, slow-roasted pernil, pollo guisado, sweet plantains and Puerto Rican-style sides.
Finish it off with a cold limber — our frozen Puerto Rican dessert available in rotating flavors.
